There was a requirement from the client to develop an automated test framework that could reduce the manual intervention required for validation efforts.

• Usage of XModem protocol for communicating between the host and the target.
• Code Coverage application to get the coverage percentage using entire system testing.
• Test Specifications and Test Reports in required formats.
• Provide support to fetch traceability between the requirements and tests.
• Profiling of the CPU load consumed in different test scenarios.
• Outlining the RAM size and stack size usage of the software application.

The automated test framework is helping the end customer to perform quick validation of the software system with reduced time and efforts.
